Are there more creative ways to scale than just bringing someone on? I hate the idea of managing someone and feel like the amount I would need to pay someone decent, might put me out of business. But I would like to grow my business, earn more dollars and keep growing? How do you scale without hiring or subcontracting? I mean, raise your rates is one. But is there something else? The answer might be no, in which case, please ignore this question. I love this question. That’s such a gentle and we’re not going to ignore this question.
